If you can't tell what the picture is, rearrange the letters in the anagram clue and uncover the name of the food. All the letters are used. No letters are leftovers.

I want to say that this is some kind of tropical fruit but I can't figure out exactly what it is.
Its Bitter Melon. Or Goya as its called over here in Japan where its commonly eaten in the summer.
