Thank you for sharing! I'm an avid reader and feel kind of silly watching from the outside... thanks for inviting us in :). I'm not 100%, but I thoroughly enjoy RAW food. Your courage is appreciated.

Anonymous, thank you for the words of encouragement.

Latisha,
Thank you for reading The Daily Raw Cafe, that is appreciated. I was worried about the video for fear that I may have revealed too much. But I thought some of the things were important. Just keep enjoying raw and I'll keep posting raw food recipes.

Terilynn,

You are BEAUTIFUL!!!! Kudos to you and taking your life and health back into your own hands. I haven't been around much on the internet lately, so this was really a great surprise. You definitely are serving as inspiration for me. I'm having my own health setbacks, and I'm looking forward to juicing to get my body back in tune with it's natural flow. Wishing you the best for the remainder of your feast, however long you choose for it to be.

Lanna,

Thank you so much! I noticed you hadn't been around and I was worried that you might have missed the video, because I was totatlly thinking of your question during some of the questions. I wish you well on your path towards health. It can be a hard road but definately worth it.

I was in awe of you before but I'm in awe of you even more! Wow, you're incredible. Thank you so much for sharing. And I love that your duty as mom never stopped even while on camera (Averie). So cute. Anyway, again thanks for sharing. You're inspiring and so BEAUTIFUL! Inside and out. I hope to do a juice feast one day down the road when the time is right. All the best to you (and to your friend Scott too).

Terilyn, I love you, I really do. You are such an inspiration to us all. I followed your first juice feast, and the thrill you had upon completion. I also followed your blog a short time later and was privy to some of the difficulties you were facing.

Your courage is remarkable, and it is the highs together with the lows that makes you human and makes you that inspiration; knowing that we can all accomplish anything as well.

I love the video, you look amazing! Keep inspiring us all :)

HiHoRosie,

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your words of enrichment. You are totatlly right about the mommie duties. I look forward to reading about your juice feasting journey. I think juice feasting is an experience everyone should try at least once. It's an unique trip for sure.

Kathy,

Thank you! You are sweet. You are so right about the highs and lows. Alot of times, I attempt to be some sort of superwoman but it can cause a disconnect from my humanity. We all need the balance to appreciate life and our role in it. Thank you for following my raw/juice feasting journey for these past few years. I appreciate you.

What a nice video, so honest and inspiring. I made it through ONE juice feasting day the other day and you'dve thought I just won an olympic gold medal. I was so proud -- it felt so good to know I could do it! And made me respect even more the people who feast for longer, especially over 30 days. But like you said, if you can do it, so can I! So I will try it! I may start out with the goal of doing it for a couple of days or week first and see how I go. Juice sometimes makes me nauseous so I need to find juice recipes that I can handle so I stick with it. Anyway, thanks Terilyn for sharing yourself so openly and being an inspiration!
