Everything I Ate Raw - Day 212

Living Light Gourmet program begins.  Some good eats on the horizon. 
9:01 p.m. smoothie at work
11:32 a.m. celery and cucumber sticks
1:28 p.m. small salad before meeting
I am so GLAD that the Gourmet series has started.  First because of Vinnette Thompson and second because the students create some killer raw gourmet cuisine.  Yeah!
2:35 p.m.  Ethnic Student Asian-flare creations features:
Tom Khaa Glass Noodle Bowl
Green Papaya and Mango Salad
Carrot Halvah
Tender Chard & Shiitake in Sesame Ginger Dressing
Asian Dumplings with Bon Bon Sauce
Coconut Wrapped Samosas with Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce
6:18 p.m. leftover cauliflower popcorn at home
